Ticketek and competition winners unable to gain entry due to capacity reached at Venue

We would like to apologize to ticketek ticket holders and competition winners that were unable to gain entry to the Smokey Robinson and Human Nature concert on December 12th. There was an unforeseen number of patrons in the Hunter Valley on December the 12th. There were coaches provided specifically for the event, but despite the event reaching capacity the coaches were not full due to many more families arriving by car than expected as we were child friendly. Competition and complimentary ticket holders were also clearly instructed to register tickets so we could ascertain the correct number of patrons and have the necessary traffic management in place. Most competition and complimentary ticket holders did not register. Ticketek ticket holders unable to gain entry will be reimbursed in full for their ticket cost plus booking fee, they will also free receive platinum tickets to our next event when announced. Competition winners unable to gain entry will be given platinum tickets for our next event when announced. Please contact media@newvineentertainment.com with your ticket details for reimbursements.
